Re-Set & Re-Focus; A Gentle Tonic Tea
People who have sampled this tea report that it tastes great and it seems to mildly stimulate the brain and gently lift emotions.
Ingredients:
Combine dry leaves of 3 parts each:
Pineapple sage
Cinnamon basil
Chive Flowers
Lemon Verbena
And one part
Rosemary
Method:
Place a teaspoonful of mixture into infuser basket or tea ball; add hot water. Let brew for 4 minutes. Remove infuser basket or tea ball. Add a single drop of honey if desired. Stir.
